Toni has over 10 years of experience in Emergency Management and is a Certified Emergency Manager through the International Association of Emergency Managers. She completed certificate programs through FEMA in Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and …. Toni is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals.
